Each location, with its unique challenges and diverse cultures, has woven a rich tapestry of experiences into my professional life.

Early in my career, as I navigated through various roles—each more demanding than the last—I realized that the conventional tools of auditing were often not enough to dig beneath the surface of the companies I was tasked with auditing. The turning point came when I decided to integrate the structured methodologies of the P.E.A.C.E. interviewing model with nuanced techniques borrowed from psychiatric interviewing. This blend of precision and empathy transformed my approach, allowing me to reach deeper into the core of issues that many auditors struggled to uncover.

I began to see patterns that were invisible before—signs of child labor, forced labor, and subtle forms of discrimination.
